Team Panda Fit Camp (TPFC for short) is a friendly, and supportive community comprised of people of all levels of fitness inspiring one another to maintain a life of health and wellness. Our routines are scalable, so anyone can join at anytime, and modified in a way that allows beginners to work alongside veterans without anyone feeling held back or in over their head.
Our goal is simple; inspire people to become active, get moving, and keep them excited and entertained so that the stigma of exercise is eliminated. We practice a variety of workouts, concentrating on functional bodyweight movements, to make sure workouts don't get boring; ranging from low intensity bodyweight foundation work, to speed and agility, animal movements, stadium drills, cardio boxing and high intensity bodyweight conditioning and power.
Our full-body diversified routines help members become stronger, improve balance and mobility, and ultimately become more athletic while optimized to help you achieve a range of individual goals from general fitness, to weightloss, to developing and maintaining lean mass.
