Who We Are
Team Panda Fit Camp (TPFC for short) is a friendly, and supportive community comprised of people of all levels of fitness inspiring one another to maintain a life of health and wellness. Our routines are scalable, so anyone can join at anytime, and modified in a way that allows beginners to work alongside veterans without anyone feeling held back or in over their head.
Meet the Coach
Hello! My name is Joe and I will be your coach here at Team Panda Fit Camp (TPFC). In addition to being a fitness and nutrition enthusiast, I am a certified Spartan SGX coach and AAAI/ISMA personal trainer. Since 2012, I have been growing as an obstacle course race (OCR) athlete and currently race with Team FITELITE as well as part of the BoKU Spartan Race Team.
Building Better Humans
SGX is Spartan’s official training program and the leader in obstacle race fitness. SGX is designed for every fitness level and any age, a scientifically-supported solution to get anyone physically and mentally prepared for a Spartan Race, or to live more vitally. SGX is grounded in functional bodyweight exercise to improve agility, athleticism and power; the workouts are progressive, varying in exercise volume, intensity and specificity over time.

When does TPFC meet?
We meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30 A.M. in Fairfield, CT. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we meet at 6:00 A.M. in Stamford, CT
Where is the fit camp?
We hold the fit camp at the Warde High School Track on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, you can find us Stamford's Scalzi Park, just past the tennis courts.
How much does it cost to join?
There is a monthly charge of $165 for our Fairfield fit camp and $100 for Stamford (about $12/class), which includes cosultations and special events. We also offer a drop-in rate of $20 per class. First class is always free!

How do I know Team Panda is for me?
Our routines are designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or familiarity. All the workouts have scale up and scale down options to suit your needs or ability. If you're still not convinced, you're welcome to come by, meet with the coach and try out a session for free.
